Using your printer's manual or by accessing online support, seek the way to open the panel to access the paper stuck in the printer.
Gently, take the sheet out and the printer will work as good as before.
Hope this helps.
Remove the jammed paper. Unplug the printer from the mains and PC. Inspect the rollers, etc for tiny paper piece(s) that may be stuck, or other debris. Try to clean rollers and make sure they are dry.
Keep printer unplugged for about 2 minutes and replug and try a test print.
Also make sure that you have waited long enough for the printer to heat up before giving a print job.
Finally, it could be an issue with the paper sensor. If this is the case, you will probably have to take the printer in for servicing..
hi i hope i can help you? remove the cover from the machine and load paper as normal. and watch if the mechanics is sticking or anything that you can see give a clean with wd40clean all rollers check that you are puting in the correct amount off paper.check for loose connections.check for dirt on the switches.
So dont let me be a withness of murderer: There is no paper sicking within the machine! The jam had lifted the encoder strip out of the ph. After you have fixed it simppy stick some very thin scotch tape onto the ph cover to avoid further liftings (that will happen quite often...)
