my blackberry curve 8520 has completely froze its not letting me select anything or call and if someone rings me it doesnt show that they are what shall i do?

its not letting me select anything or call anyone and i got my nan to ring it and apprently it was ringing and i didnt see it was. I downloaded this app called relax now and complete rexlax and i rebooted my phone and now its not doing anything what shall i do
