The X60 is actually the "Twinhead Stylebook 10D", under the brand of "Philips". Everything you need can be found here: "http://www.twinhead.com.tw/site2005/download.aspx " I had exactly the same problem after a hard disc format, and I was searching for many hours for the solution. After I installed these drivers, ALL the devices are working perfectly!
try this. remove your battery and plug in the ac adapter. If it starts and operates normally then you know it's not the AC adapter. if your lucky enough to know someone with the same AC, borrow it. plug it in and leave it for an hour or two with the battery installed. unplug the ac and try running it off battery . if it works- not the battery- ^_^
