Adobe Deluxe Home Edtion 4.0 will only losd after rebooting.

I do not believe this is possible. Adobe now makes 64 bit only programs since coming out with Creative Suite 4 and Photoshop. If you have 7 Professional or better, you can download Microsoft Virtual Machine and Virtual XP SP3 machine free (Microsoft.com) and install Photo Deluxe in the virtual machine.
VirtualBox is another free one.

1. Remove all existing versions of flash player from your computer and reboot.

2. Get Internet Explorer 8 and Net Framework 3.5 from Microsoft and install.

3. Get the new version of Adobe Flash Player and install.

4. Reboot.

or

1. Go to Programs - Adobe - Adobe Reader.

2. Go to Edit - Preferences.

3. Go to JavaScript.

4. Tick all the boxes.

5. Hit OK.

6. Go back to YouTube and hopefully all is as it should be.
