Question about Frigidaire FEX831CS Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer

Fills with water and that's it

Ours is almost 4 years old. Last night it filled with water and won't finish the cycle. It is sitting filled with water and won't do anything else. We know there's power because the dryer is still functioning perfectly. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. It fills with water and will still spin but doesn't drain the water. Now when I try to start it again it just makes a large humming noise and spins

Set it going, fills up ok, goes through washing cycle but after spinning and then filling up for next cycle it overflows

Rather hard to understand your problem from the wording in the question but what I understand to be the case is that your tub fills up with water and overflows after the cycle is finished. Perhaps overnight water slowly fills the tub. This is due to the water inlet valve not shutting off all the way. The Inlet valve assembly needs to be replaced.

Bosch SHU4312 won't finish cycle, won't drain.

The control board on these units is prone to a cold solder joint cracking. I have read that Bosch recommends replacement and will supply the board, not covering labor. I repaired mine prior and have done one for a friend as well. Has lasted several years and counting
The symptom is constant cycling without ticking down the last few minutes

if only leaking on rinse cycles would suggest checking door seal for small tear as water level is higher on rinse.
