Question about Nokia 5500 Sport Cellular Phone
I have a Nokia 5500 Sport that dosn't turn on. The reason for that problem is a firmware update failed!
The cellphone blocked during the update and after a while the computer gives me the message that the connection between the computer and cellphone is lost!
I try to update again the phone several times but without success, because the phone is not detected by the Nokia Software Update. When i try to turn on the phone, a red light appear in joystick pad for a few seconds and disappear again.
Do you have any kind of solution for my problem?
Thanks for your time and sorry for my english!

Hi. I think it's better to send your phone to warranity maitenance. To Nokia or something..

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
