suddenly aq thick vertical line is showing in my samsung 740N 15days old monitor. I have switched off and again on but the problem is there. however i have turned off and restarted the next day and it's not there. plz, somebody respond if there is any problem with it so that i can replace it or else is there any thing else?

I have the same problem.

I have a ctx monitor model S761, but part of the screen is white on the right side of the monitor. Is there anything I can do to solve that problem?

thin bright green line has been on left side edge of screen on new gateway 22 in. flat screen hd monitor. this morning after i turned on the computer the monitor turned off and i t wouldn't come back on until i kept trying to turn it on again and last night when i turned it on black and gray lines covered the whole screen. there was no picture at all. the power button wouldn't turn the monitor off. i had to unplug the monitor to turn it off. when i turned it on again it worked?

check vertical IC. .. resolder each pins...

I agree man pack back up that sucka and as fast as you can get it back to the store before they tell you you must have did something or you have to wait to have the set looked at!!

there is nothing you can replace...... the driver matrix is bad..... the monitor is still under warranty.... return it for a new one...... opening the case will void the warranty......
