Question about Toshiba e-Studio 350 Copier
Windows Vista computer won't talk to copier. Toshiba service says to buy a new printer, cause no driver available to load to copier to correct issue.
You click on this site and get the driver which you needed.

IF YOU ARE HAVING NETWORK PRINTER
If you still have issues just type the ip address of the mfd in the internet explorer tab. then a screen appears. It is called Top Access. There you can see several settings just try it.

This copier must have the latest firmware installed, a print enabler and you must have the latest print driver in order for Vista to be supported. All of this is available from a certified Toshiba dealer. Also, you can check to see if the copier is working by inserting the Cat5 cable to the copier from your network and typing in the IP address (found under the Administrator tab on the touch panel of the copier) into the URL bar of your browser. A web page will pop up showing the machine is active.
