Either Pitco SG line or any frymaster. These may be a tad more costly upfront but will save you down the road in repair costs and also parts will be available for a long time to come. I favor the pitco sg35cs myself this is a simple fryer very easy to repair and the parts costs are very resonable. As far as operating cost go in the fryer world they all are around the same.

Do I need a preassure regulator on the outside natural gas pipe line coming into my pitco 35+c fryer

I would think so. Check with the gas compan and verify the pressures. Better yet get a professional to do it for you so you do not blow the place up.

Imperial gas 40 lb fryer, replaced thermostat, now when you set the dial at 250 the oil heats above 375 and keeps climbing. What now?

Sounds like you have installed the wrong thermostat, or it's a bad one... If you need further help, please call us at 888-542-5959. If you have the model/serial number, we can make sure you have the right thermostat and/or get you the right one... Thanks, Susan REO

Vulcan, however there are other brands that are better than both of those...Keating is one and Imperial is another. There is a pretty big price difference also. The Keating is the most expensive, but also the best of the bunch.... If you need additional pricing, please call us at 888-542-5959. Wh,ere can we get the parts for the royal deep fryer... in the houston texas area.... We have a restuarant and the deep fryer just went out on us. We need it fast and quick....

What parts? Most parts companies ship 2nd day or can also ship next day, if you are willing to pay... I could order your parts and ship directly to you, but need more info...You say Vulcan fryer, then royal deep fryer? Which is it? I've never heard of a royal fryer, but am familiar with Vulcan.
Do you know what parts you need or are you trying to diagnose the problem? Maybe I could help with that too, but I need more info, again... Please call and speak with Ray at our company. He does all of our gas product refurbishing...888-542-5959 or email us

Dear Jackie,
I have a power cord (KE-103 KENIC E5155176 15AMP 125V). If you still need the cord please make me a fair offer. Your offer should include the cost of standard shipping from Texas.

Connecting the LP Fryer to the propane tank

The gas valve has a regulator on it....but there must be a regulator at the tank that steps it down from tank pressure to operating pressure. Operating pressure for LP is less than 1/2 psi. If you are using this for a trailer....a 40 lb tank would be best.

What do I need to buy to properly vent a 40 lb. deep fryer?

Well, these are commercial fryers that are typically under a commercial exhaust hood with a fire suppression nozzle located directly above them. Why, are you doing something out of the ordinary?
