Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
The old "ring of death" has struck my console. I read something about wrapping a towel around the system so it would overheat, then let it cool down. Sounds crude to me.
I can tell you it does work, sometimes the problem will return after a while. I have had three different 360's fixed by this method. Only one had a repeat of the problem, to date. A second try restored operation again. Check out You Tube, there must be 50 examples of this working. If it works gimme a FixYa!
Wrap in two large towels, turn on for 15 minutes, turn off, unwrap (Ooh, Toasty!),
wait 15 minutes, reconnect all connections, turn back on. Enjoy!
Here is a more sophisticated and probably more permanent solution you may wish to try;
Hope this helps!
