Question about Zebra Z4Mplus Label Printer
I have a Zebra 24M Plus bar code printer that is about 2 months old. The printer skips bar code labels when it is printing. I have to blow air into it with an air compressor to clean it out and that seems to temporaryly fix the problem for about one day. I print about 1000 bar code labels a day. What do you think is causing this problem.
It could be software related. The best way to find out is to restart the computer where the labels are coming from. Turn your printer off and back on again as well. Run the program that loads the forms into the printer to print with.
Is the printer on an ethernet connection or is it connected to a computer?
