There are quite a few issues this could be I recommend not turning the tv on or having it plugged in as there could be a fire hazard caused by a short. You definitely will want to locate the nearest service center and go from there.
You can do that at this link:
http://www2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/vServiceLocator?storeId=15001
If you still need further assistance please let me know. If you have a moment please accept and rate my solution accordingly.
Thanks,
Lee

This is also why I always recommend extended warranties for a small percentage of your total purchase you would have had at least 2 years if not 3-5 years protection that would cover basically anything that goes wrong with it and you would get what you spent for the tv. You may want to consider it in the future. You never know when you will get a "lemon". Feel free to keep me updated and please take a moment to accept and rate my solution.
    Thanks again,
    Lee

I already gave you the information that you needed to contact panasonic. In fact he gave you the exact same link as me long after I already gave you the link. I hope you will reconsider and give proper credit where credit is due.
    Thanks,
    Lee

seems blast power supply is bad and producing crackling noises.
I would recommend to call Panasonic service center for diagnoses as it is not such job to do it yourself at home.

You can locate Panasonic service center at Panasonic Support page or ask an estimate of repair at local tv repair shop.

Tv will not show a picture

It sounds that LOT {Line Output Transformer} to your TV is faulty. It is leaking out high-tension voltages to surrounding components. If so, there will be crackling sound will be heard inside the TV. Caution: Never switch ON this set, till the fault has been rectified, other wise, more components will get damaged. Contact any experienced service technician to get it repaired.

I have a 32 in,goodmans lcd tv.after about 30 mins the picture and the sound start to crackle, then it turns off.it has to be left for a while, then it can be turned back on,but only for a few minutes,and...

I'm afraid I don't have the solution but a very similar problem, although I just get the speaker crackle, rather than any problems with the picture/the TV turning off.

Did you manage to resolve it?

WHEN I TURN ON THE TV ITS MAKES A VERY LOUD CRACKLING NOISE.

If you have lost your freeview channels & your picture has been breaking up (pixelating / freezing) etc as well as crackle on the audio, then I would suspect you check your antenna, it could be your incoming signal is weak which would give you these problems.
