As regards the ringtones, have you just put the volume down, as I did this unintentionally and couldn't hear the ringtones until my son turned the volume back up for me - by pressing the up button while ringtone is playing.

hi this is a common problem that people get usually when they change to a different network, all you need to do is eithe go to your network providers website and navigate your way to their settings menu then select send mms and internet settings to your phone.
These are sent via text message and will update your phone with the correct settings.
If however you cant find this option on their website then all you need to do is call them and ask them for the correct settings they will send you this via a text message to update your phone.
Either way they dont charge for this service.
If after doing this you still have problems then the chances are the phones memory is to full so delete things such as messages inbox and out also delete all the ringtones that came with the phone that your never going to use as these take up loads of room and most people never use the ringtones that come free with the phone.
Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
I think the problem here is with your connection. I understand that you have the right settings from your operator...however you should check with them to see if your line is data enabled for MMS (this is how your pictures are sent....in an MMS message).
No help needed...after taking it to a tech center - and they said it was a phone issue which couldn't be fixed ( guess they were new hires from flipping burgers? ) I simply did a master clear...phone works fine and I can upload & store my ringtones w/o any issues.
