Question about Acer Aspire 2100 (91.AB675.D02) PC Desktop
Whenever I insert a disk nothing comes up. I am receiving a error code 10 that says it is not working properly. When I try to update the drive (drive C) it says it is already updated. I'm not very knowledgable about computers and have never had a computer that won't work right out of the box, is there something that I need to do first???

Have you tried inserting other disk in your computer? Try to assess if it's the disk that is not working properly. You may need to try a few CD (i.e. for audio, video, applications). If this does not work and granting that your Acer Aspire is new, it may be caused by a factory defect. The lens might not be working properly.
