Question about Toshiba Satellite A205-S4617 Notebook
I have already run last known configuration, debugged the problem which came up with nothing. It did say that the toshiba flash cards have stopped working but I am suspicious that lint or dust has been sucked in the laptop. Is it possible that dust could stop certain parts from working???? I was just wondering because this is only a 3 month old notebook. I've tried reformatting the computer hoping that might solve the problem but it won't let me since the system is running so slowly.
Try Downloading Auslogics Disk Defrag, its free and is quicker and,Dare i say it better than vistas built in defrag softwear. Get this from Download.com. Also make sure you do a disc clean a few times a week. To do this goto 'Computer' in the start menu, left click the (c:) drive then right click it.Then select 'Properties' you will then see the disc clean up facillity. Check the boxes you wish to clean. If it has'nt been done for a while it may take some time but after a while it will get quicker untill eventually it will take seconds rather than minutes.
