Question about Bosch Nexxt WTMC 3300 Electric Dryer
MY BOSCH NEXXT DRYER CIRCUIT BOARD IS OBVIOUSLY FRIED. I CAN'T FIND A REPLACEMENT PART. DO YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THIS BOARD. ALSO IN RESEARCHING THE PROBLEM I HAVE FOUND SEVERAL PEOPLE WITH THIS PROBLEM; SOME HAVE IT REPEATEDLY. A RECOMMENDATION FOR A HOUSEHOLD IN LINE CONDITIONER WAS MADE. IS THIS NECESSARY WITH THESE NEW CIRCUIT BOARD RUN DRYER UNITS? WHAT IS CAUSING THIS TO FRY?
CIRCUT BOARD STICKER SAYS AKO 546 822-01 UL E136856 BSH 5070 00397

Unplug the dryer first. Then remove the back cover on the dryer. You will find the red reset button underneath the dryer drum. If the button has been tripped, you will feel and hear it click when you press it in. I would suggest that you vacuum out any dust or lint that has collected inside the unit before replacing the cover.

I just had the same problem, motor runs but no heat. I had a fun time figuring out how take the front panel off, hint the rubber seal comes off easily. It looks like mine tripped the resettable over heat sensor. So far so good.

The noise could be your drum rollers need lubricant or replacement.
When the drum rollers get flat spots on them they will make a bumping/thumping type of noise.
The grinding noise sounds to me like the drum rollers are in need of lubrication.

This indicates the sensor near the lint filter gets too hot. This is usually caused by bad air flow.Try running the unit without the vent hose attached. If the problem goes away the problem is in the ducting.
You may need to have it cleaned out. May be lint filter is clogged due to the use of dryer sheets or fabric softener. You can try to clean the filter with Windex.
If neither one of this suggestions resolves the issue there may be a problem with the sensor, there may be heat escaping somewhere within the dryer. This is only resolved by technician.
Good Luck and have a nice day.
Rating the solution is highly appreciated.
