Place one of the see-through penguin cards on each of the the island cards. Divide the not see through penguin cards evenly between the players. The first player flips a penguin card from their pile and places it face up in the middle. The first person to see it it matches a penguin/island combo slaps the pile and says 'FLIPPER'. They get to keep the whole group pile. If it doesn't match the next player turns over a card from their pile. If someone slaps a card that isn't a match, they hand out a card to everyone in the game from their pile. If they runs out of cards, they are out. the player with the most penguins at the end of the group pile wins.
