The first thing you should try is removing the batteries for 20 to 30 minutes to reset the unit. If this does not work push in on the cassette mechanism at the top while trying to eject. Also check the tape compartment cover screws to make sure they are tight. Any misalignment in the cover mechanism will cause binding which will create the problem you describe. Finally, and I know this will sound unusual, slap the unit on the cassette side. Forcefully but not enough to break anything. This procedure has been helpful many times with similar problems. if you want to transer video from hany cam to pc than use tv card of nay company and plug your wire with tv card pin (available in panel of tv card) and then record it.i recommend to use msi tv card.
