If they still choose not to take action on your complaint I would recommend that you get in touch with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about there poor customer service/malpractice. Or evetually may have to talk with a lawyer in the worst case scenario.

First contact Winster and ask closing the account immediately.
In case they do not want to block the account, then as suggested contact Paypal, ask blocking any further payments to Winster, and open a Paypal dispute to get back previous payments. You can open dispute and get money back for payments in the last 60 days.

1) send as many queries as u can aabout the servis
once again go and dissable the service......
2) ask paypal to cancel the payment to this site...
3) try to get to the administrtor of the site personaly
Wister.com has changed ownership or is no longer around. i would hound them constantly if you have a phone number. contact Pay-pal and dispute the charges and if they dont stop it cancel your paypal account if that does not work.

Who is the administrtor of this program?
I don't know who the administrator of the rogram is. ll I know is I keep getting charged for something I don't use and haven't usd since the end of Aug or 1st part of Sept.
WhenI wrote and ask that I be discontinued fro Winsr, I ws tokld that pay pal would have to be contacted to see if my acct.was ok.
