Question about Apple HP DeskJet 840c InkJet Printer
I was printing away this morning when the printer stopped in mid task with a piece of paper still in the rollers. Both of the lights on the right-hand side were flashing. There are two nearly new cartidges in the machine and I was able to remove the partly printed sheet easily by removing the cover from the back. Visual inspection shows there is nothing jammed in the print path. I switched off both the printer and the PC and left them off for two hours, but on re-connecting the two lights continue to flash and the printer will not accept any instructions. Any ideas?
Thinks theres a jam
