Question about Brother MFC-1970MC Plain Paper Inkjet Fax
When we are receiving a fax there are vertical lines up and down a darker one almost down the center. What do we do?

If you try a internal print such as a report does it go away? if so its more lucky the person sending you the fax.
if you print a report and its on there i would check the ribbon and look for marks, also it could be a transfer problem causing these marks.

Not sure what you mean as barrel, Is the line present when receiving fax's/printing reports or just when doing a copy? Does it only do it when using doc feeder, if it is only 6months old then is under warranty
