Go to that site and you should find the email address. They are amazing if you need a hand with one of these. They also have most of the repairs as a flat-rate on their site for the Canon Powershot models. Hope that helps get you in the right direction anyway.

Remove the SD card. Look on the side of the card for a tiny slide switch. Slide this switch to the other "unlocked" position. Reinsert the card and try it out.
