Somthing burning

Q17 & D37 shorted and burnt. Ithink the board is called Ysus. Where can I get technical help and parts.

I have never heard of this company. When i run across a thing such as this , I talk to the customer and see if they have the owners manual as therte has be be a service contact inside of the manual. Good Luck
