Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 Logo

Battery Message I recently purchased a Microsoft Wireless Laser Keyboard and Mouse 5000 and I am currently receiving a pop -up (on a very regular basis) message which states that the batteries in the mouse are at a critical level and need to be replaced immediately. Replacing the batteries does not stop the message and the batteries are fully powered. This is very annoying and would like to know how to stop this occuring.

Usb Trouble

The USB ports all share a single power source. It may be that the Ipod being added overloads the connections.

You might want to consider purchasing a USB hub, but make sure you get one with a Power Adapter to boost the current to your devices.

Hello,
I found a website that offers the LR6 AA batteries that you were talking about and maybe purchase online. They look like regular AA batteries to me, but I am providing the link for you to view and make your determination. I hope this helps.

If you would not mind doing so could you please rate my help, I would appreciate it. Thanks
