Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am using single printer scanner hp 1315 all in one. My OS is win xp sp2.
The funny thing that every time I wanted to scan using the hp directror it came out as "the program you requested has been used by another program..." which in fact no other programs has been activated.
It is possible that the Program is running in the back ground, with out you knowing. Open the Task Manager ( press ctrl+alt+delete at the same time ) and select hpqdirec.exe then End task, (if you see this more than once in the list close all). then retry scanning. I might would suggest reinstalling the program.
