Question about Panasonic PT-56TW53 56" Rear Projection Television
MY HDTV PROJECTION MONITOR DISPLAYS RED STREAKS ON BOTTOM 1/3 OF SCREEN. I HAVE ATTEMPTED THE CONVERGENCE PROCESS TO NO AVAIL. CAN I ADJUST THIS PROBLEM MYSELF?
If you have already tryed to adjust it I mean What else is there to do except trouble shoot it for the bad parts that cause this problem? It has a convergence problem. If your not a tech NO you cannot or should not attempt to troubleshoot the set your self without the proper equipment or training, as you can cause alot more problems then you have now. I know its a hard thing as it is with my car or van when I have to lay out hundreds to fix it and im sayng "man only if i had the right tools as well as the right equipment to fix this stuff". BUT I DONT. So unless you have exstisive electronics training with TV troubleshooting, I would advise you to seek out help on this problem from a pro tech . Its not something to experiment with as Ive seen a grown man cry from the shock they recived from a TV set. BE carefull. God Luck
