Question about HP DeskJet 3550 InkJet Printer
My HP Deskjet 3550 printer is not loading paper when I try the Print Test Page or other print commands from Windows.
How do I issue a Self Test from the Printer directly other than from Windows - since I don't see any response from the printer when I press and release the ON/OFF button for some time - commonly done on HP Printers.
I only see the light blink for some time and then either be ON or OFF
Pls let me know what could be the issue before I send it to the service center
The blinking lights are probably error codes. By the sequence, you can tell where the problem is. Also, you should be able to hold down certain buttons, when you power on the printer, to get tests.
