Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W30 Digital Camera
When I turn on my camera, immediately on the screen "E:91:01" is blinking in white letters as well as an upside down arrow which blinks as well. Whenever I try to take pictures, the flash does not work. What can I do to fix this?
I have also a DSC-W30 and I tried to basically
reset to the default settings, going to Menu button, (Right Arrow),
Setup, Down Arrow (2 times),Select with round button,Scroll down to
Initialize and select OK.
You must inizializate your camera, but dont leave time adjusting the date. When your camera restart select any date quickly, then change the camera to the ISO option, to desactivate the flash temporarily, then change to AUTO option, and desactivate the flash. For the moment is the best option. Te problem may be ocasionated because your camera was in wet area and ocasionate a shortcut, but you need to verify if the problem is in the flash card, in any terminal, or in the motherboard.
