Here is the weblink for your model  to update BIOS and Driver. Confirm Version number. You could consider upgradeing  your CPU to one of a faster speed.

Amd 2600+ doesnt work

Check your bios version and make sure it is correct bios. You can check the Aopen site to download the new bios and flash utility to install it. Be carefull and make sure that it is CORRECT bios for EXACT Motherboard. The bios can be flashed wrong and leave you with a paper weight. Good Luck

Beeps beeps beeps everwhere on my desktop

Depends on the BIOS. The beep code means ether the memory or CPU. Since you are attempting to install a another CPU its probably a problem with the CPU itself (dameged or incompatible) or a BIOS setting problem. Also make sure you always use thermal paste. The replacement CPU might be heating up and not functioning.

In what soft (utilites) I need for update BIOS votherboard ECS?

You don't need to update the BIOS unless something is not working, the BIOS tells the computer where to go to find the OS and then the OS takes over.

Soft Utilites means another word for 3rd Party software, so you download third party software to update your bios.

Problems with m825g

STOP!! Don't do it!

The M825G uses the KM266 Pro and , if the BIOS is correct, auto detect the CPU and its speed. That BIOS has a built-in OC utility, and that is why the jumpers are disabled.

The odds are you have an incompatible core. Just because the CPU fits the socket, doesn't mean it can work with the MB/chipset.

Check this link for that MB just to make sure.

CPU Upgrade

Athlon XP 3000+ is 400mhz FSB according to the link(http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/ProductInformation/0,,30_118_1274_3734^11672,00.html), means that in order to display the actual speed of your Athlon XP 3000+ you have to set your board 166mhz to 200mhz jumper setting or in CMOS utility overclocking option. and also just to inform you that your motherboard is in Overclocked condition when set, because it only supports processors up to 333mhz FSB (http://www.digital-daily.com/motherboard/soltek-sl75frv/)
