Question about Shecom Computers Shecom Ikebana Fireblaster (FBPCI1394) Serial Adapter
I have two 1394HDDs (Shecom Ikebana FireBlaster 40 GB). They are pretty good. But there is a problem. I use these two 1394 HDDs in Windows Vista, every time I plug both of them in my computer, they can be recognized, but a problem occurred! I can not use these two 1394HDDs, if I have any action on these 1394HDDs, my computer will show no responding. I've tried to use these two 1394HDDs separately, and it worked without any problem.
I have also tried other brand 1394HDDs on this computer, they worked well. So I want to know if this problem is coursed by these two 1394HDDs. If so, could you tell me the solution of this problem?
Try to connected them one at a time.
connect one and let the machine find it and assign a drive letter. then connect the other one.
that should work. of not, then you need to change the BIOS to recognize additional drive.
