My acer pd113 projector freezes on the Acer... (by 2 users)

The projector turns on but gets stuck on the main white screen at startup, it doesnt accept any commands from the remote or any commands directly by pressing the power button on the projector.

So only way to turn it off is to unplug it.

I ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. BUT A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE GLOBE NEEDS REPLACING COMES UP. i HAVE TRIED A NEW GLOBE AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS.
