Hello , I have external hard disk 1TB i was divided to 4 partition and by mistake from bad program merged all partition and make like quick format what the best solution to get the information pack ??

For a start, you should remember (or learn) that files NEVER are deleted in a hard drive. When you format or repartition your hard disk, you only get deleted directories with the address to localise your files, similar to deleting the index of a book.
Try not to use your computer until you download and install a file recovery application. Use another computer if possible, because each time you use your computer, you are overwriting apparently free sectors wher you might have some lost files.
Download a USB resident recovery application. PORTABLE RECUVA might do it

https://www.piriform.com/recuva/features/portable-version

Run you application from USB according to indication. to recover file types you are really interested: doc, mp3, txt, xls etc...
Good luck!

Put the installation disc in to install game and my computer will not read the disc. We have windows 7. Is there a patch for the game that I can download to get the game to run?

The game should run fine on Windows 7 once you install it and then use this patch http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Q2WT4L09

Unrar using winrar and follow the text file for help.

Check the disk to make sure it is not scratched. Try running the setup program manually by browsing the disk. Either that or maybe there is an issue with your DVD ROM.

Hi,

There is some thing wrong with file system on your hard disk drive.
Just unplugg it and wait for 1 min, Plugin again.

1) Go to Application -> Utility -> Disk Utility

2) You can see all the drives connected to the machine.

3) Select the drive from left side which acts as external and click on Repair disk button.

Repairing disc message won't go & DVD disc won't eject

By pressing the Power button for >10 seconds you can force the unit to turn off. Immediately as the unit does, press the disk eject button and the defective DVD can be removed. Don't put it back in, or the problem may repeat!
