GotoAssist - can't see mouse

When logged in to client I can see mouse when either I or the client has control but they cannot - any ideas? Tools are all enabled to show mouse.

Try pushing the alt button and any arrow key at the same time

  1. Open Windows Live Messenger window (sign into Messenger if you haven’t do so).
  2. Press Alt key to reveal menu bar, then click on Tools and select Options. It’s also possible to click on Show menu icon after the “Search contacts or the web” box. Alternatively, click on the logged on contact’s name on the top of the Messenger client window, and select Options.
  3. Select General (earlier version of WLM) or Sign In (current latest version of WLM) on the left pane.
  4. Deselect and uncheck the Automatically run Windows Live Messenger when I log on to Windows check box.
  5. Click OK.
Windows Live Messenger will not start itself automatically from next system boot up. User will need to start the program manually from Start Menu.

Print screen to printer does not work?


try to clear your browsing history, and then check the printer if it is disconnected or disabled.

This error indicate MindALign client is unable to connect to the HUB( MindALign servers). Please check your netwrok connection towards to the MindALign HUB from your local machine. Still you are facing the issue post me the MindALign client logs in VERBOSE MODE. I can help you.

Cursor changes in websites


In Windows Xp you can set the mouse to default setting by going
1. Start
2.Control Panel
3.Printers and Other Hardware
4.Mouse
5.(Go to the Pointers tab and make sure Windows Default {system scheme is selected)

In Windows Vista
1. Start
2.Control Panel
3.Hardware and Sound
4.Mouse
5.(Go to the Pointers tab and make sure Windows Aero {system scheme} is selected)

If that Doesn't work go into Internet Explorer
(I'm using Internet Explorer 8)
1. Tools
2.Internet Options
3.Advanced
4 Click Restore advanced settings and reset tabs
5. Then restart Internet Explorer

Hope this fixes your Problem.

Incoming faxes jam system

I have been developing with Storefront software for many years though luckily never had my own sites hosted with them. Many of my clients are/did host with them. Many of them have been down all week. If your website data and the database have been properly moved then you should be able to do all that you need to do from the new control panel (not the merchant tools). You can download your server files and a backup of your database. You can then restore these files using the Applied control panel.

oh yes....
Click on tools at the top once you open your outlook express, go to accounts or email accounts.
click on Add at the right top > Add Mail. follow the wizard..... and choose the following settings.

For those customers having an Email: xxxx@magma.ca

Email Client: Outlook Express or Outlook or Vista mail

My Incoming Mail server is a "POP3" SERVER.
Incoming mail server: mail.magma.ca
Outgoing mail server: mail.magma.ca

- Do not check --> log on using secure password authentication.
- Check --> my server requires authentication.
- Check --> use same settings as my incoming mail server.

Server Port Numbers:
Outgoing Port: 25
Incoming Port: 110

hi,
it was better if u have specifeid on which domain u r having ur ud.
still this might be the cause..
1. Some browsers(like opera and firefox) are programmed to erase all cookies and passwords after you close the browser. You can check that in the tools tab in firefox and preference in opera. Internet explorer 7 also has this feature.

2. In some email client you cannot log into same account from two different Computer....So when u log into one at the other end it is logged off...this might be one of the reason.

3. Or try this www.eprompter.com ...download this free software and get rid of email handling...
