Question about HP PC Desktops
If you can provide the detail, we can work around this issue better.
Open the cover, remove the toner and clean them out.. If it is inkjet then clear the nozzle and contact strip of cartridge.
For Toner clean with the air blower, then internal area of printer also clear. Insert back then check.
If it fails, power off Printer, shut down PC, unplug the printer, for 10 min., then plug it again and power on pc then printer.
Check the status and let me know.
