Question about HP LaserJet 2840 All-In-One Printer
Will not print or copy. Error Message "replace drum". Took drum out and went to cartridge world. The drum worked in their HP printer. It still did not work in mine when I put it back in. I replaced black ink cartridge thinking that was a more likely problem. No change. The machine is in my home and we are not heavy users. RM
Have you checked status for the drum using toolbox or solution center? Try clean the contacts on drum and opposite HV pins in printer.
