Depending if it was a clean break (solder still intact and the traces have not been damaged this would be a easy solder repair but if the traces are damaged looks like more of a detailed repair

Panasonic tx 28md3 scart on tv has poor connection problem.

It's hard to tell from your description, but there could be a problem with a contact in the SCART connector (broken or deformed or dirty), a breaking wire inside the connector assembly, or on the TV side, it could be what's called a "cold solder joint" where the solder joining the connector lead with the PCB has broken down and is not making a good connection any more. This often happens in a solder joint that absorbs mechanical force.

You need a service person or a friend who's good with a soldering iron to take apart both the connector housing (first) to see if there's a problem in there, and then the TV (second) to look at the solder joints on the SCART connector to see if any are looking dull, cracked, or broken with a visible space around the lead.

How to connect a dvd player to lcd tv

Your DVD player's output is Composite Video (the yellow connector) plus stereo audio (the red and white connectors, for right and left audio)

The inputs on your TV are for Component Video, which splits the video signal into three cables (Y for brightness, Pb and Pr for blue and red, respectively)

Check your TV to see if it has a composite input (single yellow connector, labeled "video" or "composite")

And be sure to let me know if this helps!

I am a member of a paranormal group. Can I use my magnavox MWR10D6 DVD recorder to record from a cam. Is this possible?

As long as your DVD recorder has line inputs yes you can.

If your DVD recorder has a DV input, you can use a firewire cable. If your DVD recorder has audio and video inputs you can hook the output of your camera to the line inputs of your recorder and record in realtime
Most DVD recorders do have inputs, you can use either the Y/C (black round connector) or the composite (yellow connector) along with the audio inputs (red & white) RCA plugs depending on the type of camera you are using.

I change Component Cable Video & Audio 6 cables

I might sound stupid but Double check that you`ve connected the correct connectors as in All Inputs plugs being used or All outputs plugs being used. If you have one of these leads with 6 connectors on one lead, (Audio Input L+R, Video Input, Audio Output L+R, Video Output) You need to make sure that if you get sound from the audio input plugs, then you must use the video input plug and vice verse. I have no sound from my samsung tv to Samsung HT-TZ315R/XEU i have connected with hdmi and the white and red plugs i have sound from the dvd player but not the tv any suggestions

Make sure the red & white connectors you are using on the TV are actually audio out, and not audio in. If you are using the connectors on the side of the tv (adjacent to the yellow connector), then these are inputs.

If your TV has no audio out connectors, then if you have a European TV, you can use one of the scart connectors with an adaptor.

Also, check the red & white connectors you are using on the home theatre system are inputs. Also check the source is set correctly.

How is the player plugged into the TV set? Are you using the S-video or RCA type plugs? Have you tryed a differant input on a differant TV? It could also be your cables. If you tryed differant cables and a differant input then your problem is a broken connection on the video jack or in the video output processor IC inside the unit and thats not a user fixable problem, Sorry. Good luck
