I have a model#2425elho020 there is a blue hose on side of the tub one end is connected other is not need to know where it is suppose to connect

you did not list make/model but most air traps consist of a hose that runs from near bottom of tub housing up the side of the washer to near the top. the top ends in a sensor. just remove bottom of hose from tub housing and check both the hose and where it connects for an obstruction

you have a bad pressure switch,,,that pressure hose that you followed up to the switch replace the switch its connected to...one side of the hose goes to pressure switch and the other side goe to a nib on the outter tub...

The water level selector switch on the left side of the control panel on top of the machine is also the sensor that lets the machine know it has enough water. This has a small hose connected to it that is also connected to a low position on the water tub. As water moves up this tube (as the tub fills) the change in air pressure at the sensor allows the the switch to do it's job. The hose must NOT have any kinks or blockages for it to work properly. (I've seen them pinched between other parts before, which caused them not to work.) The hose must also not have any holes or cracks in it, and must be securely connected on both ends. You can test the switch by pulling the hose loose down on the tub, starting the water fill, and very gently pushing air into this hose with your mouth. The switch should turn off and on when you blow air into the hose and release it. If the switch does not turn off the water (and all the wiring connections are clean and properly connected), then you most likely need to replace the switch/sensor assembly.

Take tub out, liner is cracked above motor do to off center load. Install new liner but cut fin off above motor before installing to stop this problem.

Oh, that 1/4" diameter hose? That is supposed to run from a fitting on the side of the tub near the bottom to the load size switch on the control panel. It just slides on -- not sure which end you have off, but it should be a simple fix.

this hose should be connected at the tank at the one end and the other end connects to the drain pump at the side,you may have to remove pump to refit

It's likely just the hose to the pressure (water level) switch that has come loose or fallen off. Remove the console screws and flip back the console to get access to the pressure switch and the connections. If the connection end of the pressure switch hose looks "stretched", trim 1/4" off and re-seat it.
If the hose looks ok (no cracks or splits), check the other end of the hose which connects to the side of the tub.
The see if the pressure switch is faulty, remove the pressure switch hose and attach a small hose to the pressure switch. Blow into it gently and listen for "clicking". Test with a fill to see if the switch shuts off the water valve.

you need to replace the water valve. This is a common problem and a very easy fix. You can order the part at sears.com via model number and also see a breakdown of the machine and how to put it in.

Check the pressure switch and the pressure switch hose.
Remove the end caps on the console and remove the 2 screws that hold it down. Pull slightly from the bottom of the console and flip it up. On the left side you should see the pressure switch (water level switch) with a few wires and a small hose connected to it. The hose should be connected between the pressure switch and the tub. In most cases the pressure switch hose sometimes falls off over time due to vibration.
Replace the hose if it is damaged. If there are no visible holes or cracks in the hose, try trimming 1/4" off each end of the hose (pressure switch side and tub side) and reconnect them making sure to push hose ends securely onto connections. This is done because the hose sometimes stretches at the connection points and you will lose air pressure inside the switch, therefore the water will never shut off.
Alternatively you can use small clamps on each end.
If this doesn't work, check the function of the pressure switch by attaching a small hose to it and blowing lightly into the pressure switch while the machine is filling. You should hear a click and the inlet water valve should turn off. If it doesn't turn off you may need to replace the pressure switch or if the machine fills even when it's in the off position replace the inlet water valve.

replace the hose ..connects to tank other end goes under console to water level switch so no level control
