Does this happen when you print!! Not copy. If it does when you print might check the transfer roller and or transfer & sep assemble across from the drum. If printing is OK then clean the glass on/inside the doc feeder you will see it follow the paper thur the doc feeder
Toner sometimes sticks to charge wire which does not allow charge to transfer to drum. Thin wire just thicker than a human hair. To clean carefully scrape from one side to the other with slight pressure with metal tweezers. Wire is 9 inches wide 1/4 inch off of drum.
lite print might mean the the LASER is blocked (Clean the glass that the LASER comes thru, also the Transfer and sep assy. roller (Sponge looking or the very thin wires across from the drum need to be cleaned or replace (DO NOT WET WITH ANYTHING THE SPONGE LOOKING ROLLER, Replace if dirty
Corona wires are used in the transfer/sep assy and drum charge. C0200 is code if they fault. To reset the machine open and close the front door, if ithe code comes back the corona wires and or assy need replacement
This can be any of rthe following depending on the position iof the lines on the page. You need to establishe the position of the lines relative to the top of each page and this determines which of the following component will cause the problem
Dirty or damaged developer roller.
Dirty or damaged charging roller.
Dirty or damaged cleaning roller.
Dirty or damaged developer DSD wheels. These wheels are located on the outer ends of the color toner cartridge and appear as a black bushing.
Dirty or damaged transfer roller.
Dirty or damaged transfer drum.
1. Check and clean the main charger, replace if required.
Check and clean the transfer/sep. unit, replace if required.
3. Before you replace the HVT board, check the black color plastic piece mounted on the machine frame where the main charger connects. If this part is damaged, the high voltage will arc through which can cause C970. (found in several machines).
Depends if the lines go across the page as if the paper comes out or if they go down the page. If across then poss drum, transfer, or fuser unit, If down the page could be a short on the charge then poss only drum unit.
You mite have a problem with XFER/SEP HV Connection in the first Di450. Also the Housing's on both end of the XFER/SEP assy may need replace ment that would be the two white assy at each end of the XFER/SEP assy. There breaking down due to HV. Also have you replaced the two corna wires in each unit their very fine gold plated wires very thin. They mite have broke or have toner over them clean with alcohol be careful they are very fine wires.
