Question about Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot C902 Cellular Phone
Could be two things, either the sound file is corrupt. or more likely, especially if you have multiple sound files producing the same results, your loudspeaker is torn or damaged.
You can most likely go to youtube and search for a video on how to take your phone apart. go to ebay and shop for a loudspeaker for that phone and replace it.
