"F11" is a Serial Communications error code. The following link explains:
The "Fdl" error code indicates a problem with the door latch, which may be the reason why the door will not unlock.
Now...before assuming you have any failed components, try unplugging the unit for AT LEAST 30 minutes in an attempt to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). In many cases, these error codes are erroneous and can be reset in this manner. If the error code reappears following a CCU reset, then you have a legitimate problem.
Read through the link provided for pointers on how to troubleshoot the F11 error code. The two errors in conjunction with each other, usually indicates a failed CCU. The CCU controls the latching mechanism on the door. If the CCU is not communicating with the door latch correctly, the latch doesn't operate and you get the additional error code (Fdl).
You can trace the wires from the door latch to the CCU and unplug and reset them one at a time to make sure you have a good electrical connection as well. Do the same on the door latch end as well. To access, you simply need to remove the top panel of the washer. Remove the three screws in the
back of the washer that holds the panel in place. With the screws removed, the panel will slide back and then lift off. The CCU is located directly behind the wash tub in the top center of the washer. NOTE: Make sure you UNPLUG the washer while doing this.
If you need to retrieve your clothes and the door remains locked, there is a manual release you can use to open the door. The following link explains:
I know this may be a lot to read through. Try the CCU reset first. This is the easiest option and doesn't require you to remove anything. Hopefully, this will correct
