Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
PIN and PUK codes are all service provider (Your SIM / Your Connection) dependent, you can never get it from anywhere else.
All you have to do is to call your service providers via some other phone or landline and talk to a CSR, ask him for the code. He will first authenticate your ownership and will give you your code in ruturn, for free.
I hope you have a clear picture now.
Thank you for using FixYa!, Keep visiting..

the mouse is wireless. If you bought the mouse from a store it should have came with a dock, that connects via USB to your PC/Laptop etc.. The dock will be plug and play, which means as soon as you plug it into your PC it will pick-up the device and automatically begin to install the drivers for the device.
Once you have plug the usb dock in, and it has installed the drivers. Aslong as the mice has a charge it will be ready for use.

Hi, The Nokia DKU-5 cable is a serial cable with all the brass connectors and is usually blue in colour at the end. That cable usually needs a driver for it and acts at the modem cable in most cases. Right click on computer and select manage, then select device manger. Click on the + icon next to Com Ports and Modems, there you will see when a device or special cable is plugged in. Here is the DKU-5 driver>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
also, it depends what the specifications of the dell inspiron is. I know that when i brought mine, they were offering many different deals, all of the same model, but some with bluetooth and some without.
so please could you go to control panel and then view computer specifications, then i can tell you! In advance, if it doesn't have built in bluetooth, buy yourself a bluetooth stick, about £10 from supermarkets, and you can use them for many different things. I.e: phones, printers etc
