Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
So your console is not reading your disc. There could be a couple of things that can cause this problem.
1.) The disc that you're using is dirty or damaged, so it can't be read by your console. Try a different CD and see if it works, if the other disc's work then you may have to clean the problematic disc or buy a replacement disc all together.
2.) The lens that reads the disc is either dirty or damaged, if the issue happens with all the CDs then you may have to clean the lens or have it work on by technician eventually replacement of the lens of the console will happen.
3.) The game is region protected. One good example of this is the PS2, games that are made for ASIAN PS2 won't work on a US PS2 and vice versa. So you have to check this also.
Contact the manufacturer of the console for further help on this, if these suggestions don't work.
Hope this helps!
