either element or probably a leak on the wiring important to get this checked.

check that voltage suppresor on mains inlet has not failed this will trip electrics even if machine was not running, remove r/h/side panel and check wher mains cable comes into bottom of appliance you can remove this temporarily and machine will run without it they are cheap to replace.

The likely cause of this is a failed heater element which would cause the fuse to blow. You will need to get the heater element checked out and replaced if necessary. A visual inspection of the element may reveal the problem jf not an electrical test will be necessary. Be sure to switch off the power before touching the heater element.
