Question about Dell 3100cn Laser Printer
I am receiving a 004-324 restart printer error message on my front panel; I have checked all connections, turned off everything, unplugged everything and I continue to receive the same message.............HELP!
I got the same problem, i changed the drum cartridge and printer is fine now.

The MCU (main control unit) board is dead.

I am a publisher here in Seattle printing full color books with this machine and I have just gotten the same message- Does anyone have a solution- I have Googled and checked everything... Now, this happened to me a few months ago and I pulled out the drum and sprayed it with air, replaced it and it worked fine for about two months- now I get the error again- does this help in the problem solving?
