a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

You need to contact your service provider/carrier with whom the number is with. Tell them you want to "port the number across". They will need the number of the new phone, which will carry on working with that number for a few days. They will give you a date for the "port across" and then the new phone will will have the number you have requested to be moved over and the old phone will cease to work until a new SIM card is inserted. At least that is the way it works in the UK, I have done it a few times and have had the same number for a few years on at least 4 different phones.
use the common sense and logically and proceed: memory card/battery cover open 2) batteries loaded with wrong polarities 3) batteries with NOT full charges, replace with FULL charged 4) batteries are NOT the same type, replace 5) poor contacts between camera vs battery terminal, clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. God bless you
check the ram for fult clean it s golden connectors using eraser do not clean it and insert it look wether the monitor is working check the diplay connector to your cpu if the problem still presits check the disply section on the motherboard if its add on card replace it if you still have problem contact a chiplevel engineer he will repace the display ic also check the drivers wether isntalled properly
I can see how this is confusing. Have you tried clicking right on Contacts? It should bring up a screen showing your list of contacts. Click on a contact for editing. Hope this hopes. Thanks for using FixYa.
I've got one of these from a customer. I cleaned the cartridges contacts and printer contacts 3 times. It looked like it was the same. I then removed the cartridges and when reinstalling gently rocked it side to side more towards right. After this it started to work. Further investigation showed that cartridge holders are plastic and it does go out of shape. Not only you have to clean well but make sure they are making contact. If you take the new cartridge out after you put in than you will see which side it is making contact visually. That will determine the side you need to push towards.
