Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer

HP officejet 5510 all-in-one injet is printer we have

Remove both the ink cartridges from the All-In-One. also all the papers in the tray
Unplug the power cord from the All-In-One as well as the power outlet.
Now move the carriage (carriage is the one which holds the cartridge) Too and Fro till you feel the carriage is moving smoothly.(You can apply a little more pressure and try moving)
Then insert the cartridges close the access door.
Plug the power cord directly to a wall outlet without surg protector.(If possible insert it to a different power outlet)
Before connecting the power cord to the All-In-One press and hold the # and no 6 button and then insert the power cord, do not release the keys
until you see a message a reset (if the screen goes blank then release the keys and turn the power on)
Now try printing a test page or make a copy
