Question about Creative Labs Zen V MP3 Player
I have read all about holding down the pla/pause while putting paper clip into the reset button. Question is: where is the reset button. I don't see anythign that looks like a reset button. There is a very tiny rectangular slot next to the memory card place, is that is?
Thanking you in advance,
Yes, the reset button is in a hole on the side with no lable or any other oraphis by it. If you still have problems with it freezing, try reformatting or cleaning your player (but this will erase everything on it). To do so, hold down the PLAY button while turning your zen on. When your first screen shows up (creative) hit the play button again. This should bring you to a recovery mode screen where you can manage certain tasks that may help your cause...Remember, reformating will erase EVERYTHING!! But I'm shure if you're taking it this far it's worth the trouble.

There are actually two slots. one is a microphone and the other is the reset. Make sure it does not have a picture of a mic next to it before inserting paper clip.
