Question about Computers & Internet
If your talking about software or an operating system(xp, vista, obuntu, ext...) then all you have to do is go and buy one from best buy or my recomended computer site newegg.com. the only reason why your computer wouldnt have an operating system on it would be because you built it from scratch but if your talking about a software update or a patch for something like for a printer or a scanner(or both) you can try finding it on google search and find somewhere to buy it or download it via the internet. if you printer and/or scanner or other add on device did not come with software to install it, it should have directions on where to find it or how to get it. you can try calling customer service of the item and ask them what to do or why your product did not come with a software disk.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
