Question about Acer Aspire 5100-5033 Notebook
I was working on osme home work and the computer was working fine. i went to the bathroom and when i came back the screen had frozen. i turned off the computer and restarted it. the power will come on and i can hear the fan spinning and feel the hard and disk drives spin up, but the screen does not display anything, even when hooked up to an external monitor. is this a motherbord issue? if it is can it be fixed, or do ihave to get a new laptop?
I think the computer gone to power save or hibernation mode. get the battery off from laptop then put it back, turn the computer on. it works, if not consult some hardware technician i think it is not a major problem it can be fixed easily. if warrenty is valid, avail it...
