Question about Microsoft Outlook 2003 for PC
I have tried everything I know what to do. I have one user only one user. That is getting his email spoofed. I thought he have a some type of spyware/ virus. So I scan his computer with spybot, malwarebyte, adware 2008 also with our anti virus software. He is the only one getting these spoof. I know it is a spoof because of the return address is not our IP address. It is other server IP address. Is thier anything I can do to get this to stop. It has been 3 months now and he comes to work and log's in witih about 40 email's return. I just don't know what to do. Please help! thank you.
No he is not on any kind of remote wireless of any kine. He is hard wired in to the network. But yea I get what you are saying. Like I said before I know he is getting spoof because all the emails he get's back it returned to use with some other server IP address not ours. You know when you send a email the server IP address in attach to it. Plus we have not been put on any black list. LOL. So i know by that. He cam in last monday with 5,000 return email's. LOL. They want me to do something about it. I told them he need's a new email address but the owner of the company said no and that there has to be something I can do. So i posted this knowing that Someone will just tell me what I know. That nothing can be done and to give me a new email address. Thanks for your help. You don't know of a way to stop email spoofing do you?

ONE QUESTION: IS THIS GUY USING A WIRELESS NETWORK BY ANY CHANCE? IF HE IS, IS IT SECURE? IT SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE IS JUST LOGGING ON AS SOON AS HE BOOTS UP. I AM JUST POSING AN IDEA. I DON'T KNOW IF HE IS, BUT THIS MIGHT BE A CAUSE. DOES THIS HELP? IF HE IS WIRELESS REPLY AND THEN WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SOLVE HIS PROBLEM. HOPE THIS IS OF HELP.
